CONDITIONS OF SALE OF PUPPIES

The first condition for the transmission puppy in new house is - Your deliberate, conscious decision to have a family dog, as a full member of the family. We strongly recommend to draw a parallel between the acquisition and the appearance of a miniature spitz small child in your home!

Breeder guarantees compliance with the animal's quality specified in this Act of acceptance - transmission, at the time of sale.

Sale of animal with hidden defects, disadvantages and genetic diseases that are not readily apparent on inspection of the litter not subject to liability on the part of breeders. We kindly request the acquisition of Spitz consider the potential risks associated with this breed.

Our puppies are ready to move to a new home at the age of 12 weeks. Puppies are sold to new owners with documents RKF, c act of reception and transmission, have the veterinary passport, brand, grafted imported vaccines according to age, treated with worming, socially adapted.

 

DEARS BUYERS before before reservation or purchase a puppy in our kennel, kindly requested to familiarize themselves with these rules, in order to avoid further misunderstandings!

 

TERMS OF RESERVATION PUPPY SPITZ

 

Puppy Spitz is considered reserved if the deposit is made for him.
The amount of the deposit is set breeder specifically  for each puppies, ranging from not less than 30% of the total cost of the puppy to a full 100% prepayment on the most interesting options.

Term of reservation established by mutual agreement of the parties.
If the buyer has any circumstances do not allow him to take a puppy in the stipulated terms, he must to inform the breeder about it and agree with it all possible changes.

If on the expiration of a specified period, the buyer does not come for the puppy, the breeder is entitled to consider this puppy free of the deposit encumbrances.
If the buyer, reserve a puppy, later renounces the final payment and from of the reserved their puppy, then deposit is not refundable.

The buyer should be aware that a deposit inherently "Contract of intent"!
If the contract is broken due to the fault of the purchaser, that is, the buyer refuses from puppy for whatever their reasons, then deposit not be reimbursed!

If the buyer has been fully informed of the puppy (condition fontanelle, dental health, size, growth, parents, etc ....), and after a while, the puppy refuses, citing refusal by doubts about the known characteristics of his puppy DEPOSIT NO RETURNS.
The only case return of the deposit is not selling you a puppy at the initiative of the breeder!

Kennel reserves the right (at any time) to deny you sell a puppy! If the puppy has already been introduced for the deposit, it is deposit returned to you at the same size.
What can serve as the cause of failure to sell you a puppy - puppy can be valuable for breeding kennel, the puppy can detect hidden defects, etc.

 

Much to ask - responsible attitude to the acquisition of a living being, and to properly evaluate your desires and possibilities. Respect the work of breeders!

Act of acceptance - transmission,
which will be shown all the characteristics of a puppy at the moment (the number of teeth, bite, the testes, outward appearance of the dog, the presence or absence fontanelle, terms of the acquisition).

Kennel guarantees compliance with the animal certain parameters specified in the Act of acceptance - transmission only at the time of sale, and makes no guarantees for his future show career and reproduction!
